I purchased what I thought was just a sample one time only. 2 months later paying $90-100 a month. Called to ask them why , that’s when I was informed I signed up for monthly creams. I told him to cancel now and that my card that you have on file is canceled.

The company behind this brand uses very deceptive marketing to lure older folks to send for a tree trial of anti-wrinkle cream. They use common and trusted sources like Dr. Oz, CNN, & Shark Tank to make you think they are legit. If you send for a free trial they ask that you only pay shipping & handling. In actuality you are being suckered into an expensive monthly subscription that is difficult to get out of. Bank activity showed two charges, same amount, but different names. LIFESTYLE and LIFE SOURCE. While attempting to cancel the subscription I was asked questions I was uncomfortable answering. The customer service representative would mute our conversation so I couldn't hear someone coaching the representative on how to respond to me (she slipped up once and I could hear his remarks to her, then repeated by the rep to me. When asked to speak to her supervisor, he was conveniently not in. I have cancelled the card used for this scam and am fighting the charges.
