I ordered what I thought was a product solicited from the Shark Tank episode. I ordered a "trial" of the product. I thought I combed every inch of that order to identify signing up for "monthly" shipments, extras costs, etc....there was nothing. I got the product, different than what was presented on Shark Tank. Then I get charged 89.97 because I didn't "call back in 15 days". When I called customer service I get a non-speaking individual and she directed me to the above website, which is not where I ordered from. I tried to explain to the lady that the product was not what I ordered, I did not sign up for auto ship and the website I was on had nothing about contacting anyone in 15 days. I searched the business name and the website in your data base and the company doesn't come up. I believe some how, I was scammed by a company other than what Shark Tank represented. To the best of my knowledge and memory, the transaction is much different than the agreement I entered into. The number above on their website is different than the number on the chargers coming through my account. 844-358-4642 is the number tied to the charges coming through my acct.

The scammer advertised a free trial for beauty products under the guise of it being"Costco brand". The scammer then charged $4.97 for the shipping. But in the terms and conditions, it stated that if the trial was not cancelled within 15 days, the company will start charging the credit card that was used. The company proceeded to charge a fee of around $89.97 every month, while also adding on an additional $67.48 for something called "Premier Health Diet". It was unknown to the victim (who is not a native english speaker) that this would happen and it is very hard to get in contract with the company to cancel these recurring charges.
