On my computer screen came ' ERROR Ox8007042c " Call 'MICROSOFT" 1-800-677-1839 ' NETWORK HACKED " SOFTWARE SUPPORT NOT RUNNING' So, I called . I was told there was hacking activity . firewall damage, and unknown people have access to my computer . So... I let them in . They said $400.00 , I said I don't have that ,( by this time I was convinced I needed it ) They said $200.00 , I agreed to pay that . ( I will need to look up for specific date ) . Then in Dec. I got all kinds of crazy calls . 12-14-2018 - from 1-360-313-7236 " Issue at hand is very time sensitive. I need you and your attorney to call right away . If you don't return this message you have to face the legal consequences " Return # 1-801-804-9321. I received numerous of these calls , that went to voicemail (which are still in my voicemail , as I was going to go to the State Police. I also got a call saying my SS # was compromised and he NEEDED my SS# . I did not give it to him ...if he was calling me about it HE Should have it . 12-19-2018 I received a call from 'Sam Williams" 1-726-777-6550 saying Supremo was sending my info. out and I was to call him back . one time when I did answer , I asked him for the Sec. code and he said 'what sec.code' ?so I would not talk to him . all his subsequent calls went to voice mail . Jan. 4th 2019 'Daniel Richard" called and said "Please pick up so we can finish our business " that # was 1-437-370-5505 . That person sounded just like 'Sam Williams ' .My computer got hacked $80.00 to fix , $200.00 . My bank acc. was compromised so I needed to go through all that to open a new acc. I do have the messages and a lot more phone #s . And now my local computer tech says that I am 'branded ' as a target !!
