On 3/21/2023 I purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Premier Pups. I was not able to use a credit card because the cashier Stevie Richardson of Culver City, Cal. Said her credit card machine was down. I paid $1100.00 through Western Union. A delivery date was to be arranged for the puppy via Sea Tac airport in Seattle. I was contacted by Prime Cargo for States. The tracking number I was given is 01242023-Cargo WA and phone 240-720-7082. A Jack Darbouze of Cal. Informed us a climate controlled crate would be required for the puppy to fly. It was $1200 to purchase or $950 to rent with $902 refunded when we picked up the puppy. We paid the $950 through Western Union. After 24 hours delay in the shipping date we were asked to purchase $1200 of pet insurance or the puppy could not fly. Even though most of that fee was also to be refunded to us, I told them I did not have the money. All communication stopped then from them. I contacted the puppy company and they said there was a similar company scamming people out of pups and they had been trying to shut them down. Before I ordered a pup I went on ScamPulse.com and learned of the scam company and avoided it. I went on the proper Premier Pups site to order but it seems I was hijacked to the scam site and it all went downhill from there. I paid $1100.00, $950.00 and $96.00 and $117.50 in Western Union fees. I am hoping these people get caught and I get my money back. I used my Chase debit card at Western Union. The real company said they had no puppy by the name I was adopting and advised me I was being scammed, but if you go on the real company and click on a puppy, you will be hijacked to the scam site.

I contacted Daniel Baker, AKA, Daniel FLores, about purchasing a cavapoo for my Dad. He sent me pictures, and a video of some older pups. I was so excited to have this dog for my elderly Dad. We made contact, signed the contract, and sent $1800 to his Zelle account, Emmauel Flores. We exchanged numerous emails and text message to have the dog shipped to Harrisburg, as the dog was in El Paso Texas. I did my due diligence and felt that this was a valid company. After the dog was shipped, he allegedly landed in Dallas, and could not be shipped to me without an AC crate. I spoke to the shipper, who was very suspicious, but I felt that the breeder was on the up and up. I sent an additional $1350 to his Zelle account to pay for the "rental" of the crate. He said he took the money to the airport to process all of this. I was in contact with him all day of this shipping issue. They event sent me updated flight information, but at this point I didn't think it was going to happen. I never should have sent the additional funds, but my heart outweighed my brain. He swore that he is a Christian man, and was helping me pay for the refundable $2850 of the crate. The dog was supposed to arrive today at 2AM. Guess what no one arrived, no dog arrived and now no one is answering my calls or emails.

I was searching for a Pomeranian puppy. Saw a beautiful 9 week old that priced at 1,999.00 and was running a promo for 499.00 with deliver. I paid for the purchase with zelle to a Karen Smith . The carrier calls me from the airport to ship the puppy and needed $1,000.00 refundable to special ship the puppy in a thermo carrier because of the heated weather. Right then I knew I had been scammed. Please be aware and research these sites before purchasing. My wife is very heart broken over this. She was so looking forward to receiving this beautiful pup in a day or two. Now we will search with GREAT CAUTION!!!

This is NOT the Premiere Pups listed from Ohio. This is a different one. I was looking for a puppy for my mom, and I thought the prices of these pups were too good to be true. They are selling poodle puppies for $499 each and saying they are marked down from $2000 because of their 5 year anniversary. They also promise the dogs are also shipped for free with a dog nanny, and delivered to your home within 48 hours. All for $499. Hmmmm. I messaged I was interested, but they wanted my name, phone number, and email. I refused to give said info. I was suspicious, and asked for a phone number I could call to speak with them about payments, etc. They gave me a phone number and said they use Zelle for payments. Upon further investigation of the phone number, I learned the web domain was just registered in May of 2019 and is only good for one year. The phone number also has several addresses listed for it. The number also brought up a puppy scam site with information on how they operate, including testimonials on people never receiving their pet, and/or being contacted for more money because the puppy needed more things before shipment, etc. The scam website is: https://premier-pups.com

Website is very close, with the exception of a hypen, to a legitimate pet sale site. Contact with "seller", premier-pups.com was made through the website. $499 was requested for a "yorkie puppy named Ace". Payment sent through PayPal...on the day of shipment we received a call from another male with the same accent stating he was from the shipping company (United Air Carrier)and we needed to provide a "$950 refundable deposit" for a special shipping crate with money transferred through Western Union. After my daughter hears this, she suspects something is wrong so I call Premier-pups suspecting a fraud. They will not refund any money and blocked all calls after. Local police repot filed and we are posting to all on-line services to warn others. STAY AWAY!

they said they are having a 5 year sale and they are dealing with a scammer Shipper and they try to get you to pay 950 more so you can ship even though they tell you that its included and a 100% money back guarantee.

They are offering puppies $499 free shipping they took my money and never sent the puppy said they needed another $950 for shipping I told them to give me my refund then since they have a 30 day money back guarantee and now they wont talk to me by email on their website or phone

I was looking for a teacup puppy for my wife who has been recovering from a long illness. She found Premier-pups on line and a puppy she loved. The site had discounted price for the pup with a guaranteed delivery within 48 hours. I looked online and did not find any negative reports so I went ahead and sent $499 by Western Union (I thought it odd that the payment was to go by WU but made the payment). We received confirmation of the payment by email and was told that we would receive shipping info the following morning. The following morning we received notification that the puppy had been prcessed and that she was with a company called Eco Pet Movers who would be having door to door delivery. We later received an email from Ec Movers stating that the puppy had been processed, but due to weather conditions the airline required a climate controlled travel crate. The cost of the crate $950 would be a deposit for which we would be reimbursed after receipt of the pup. I was away from home on business and could not further investigate the request so I asked my daughter to send the requested funds. We received notice that the funds were received and that the final arrangements would be sent to us. Several hours later having not heard from the mover we contacted Eco Movers by email and Premier-pups by phone. Both told us that the process was completed but that the pup may not make the next flight until tomorrow. This morning we received an email from Eco Movers stating that it was now noticed that the pup could not be shipped without travel insurance which was completely refundable. Requesting $1200. This is when I began my research on line about puppy scams. Here I found exact same comments and procedures from other puppy scams. I doubt I will ever see any of the money sent. Should have been suspicious when I now noticed the poor quality of the Eco Movers Website and no contact phone number. Premier-pups had a contact number and I was able to speak with someone earlier in the process. Butr no response now. I would advise anyone if you have any doubt do not proceed with online purchases.

I was searching online to purchase a puppy and came across https://premier-pups.com/. I initiated contact with the site on May 30. The next day I received an email and phone call from them. After discussing, I decided to purchase two of the puppies for the price of $799 via Zelle. They indicated they were making shipping arrangements, but that given the time on Friday afternoon, it may not be until Monday. I followed up with them on Monday, June 3. I was told that shipping arrangements had been made and soon after received an email from what appeared to be the shipping company, *** *** ***. The shipping company said they needed an additional $950 even though shipping was included in my purchase price. This immediately concerned me, so I contacted the seller and also began searching online. Unfortunately, I learned that this whole situation was a scam and that a similar site, https://jovypuppies.com/, also uses this same scam. I informed the purchaser that I needed to cancel the order and requested my 100% guaranteed refund. After that request, I have not been able to reach the seller. I sent a funds request by Zelle, but that too has gone unanswered. I filed a complaint/dispute with my bank. That information includes the name of the payment recipient, Jacob Roede, and the banking institution where he accepted the Zelle payment, Bank of America. The payment ID is ***. The phone number I spoke to the seller on is 540.835.0598. The email address used for email communication with the seller is [email protected]. The email used for the Zelle payment is [email protected]. My order number was 898-989
