A guy from Premier legal services called me on October 13, 2022 after calling my oldest son he threatened that I would be served with a civil suit called a SE 100 which is incorrect because it’s called an SC 100 I didn’t know that at the time he calls knowing all your information from your name Social Security number at least the last four digits of it and your birthday he proceeded to point out and no information about an accounts that you have in collections or maybe are late on payments or whatever and he claims that are you will have to go to court if you don’t pay and then he’ll try to settle a payment plan with you or whatever and he sounds so legit it literally and everything except once you get the information. And when you and I first thing I checked or my son checked it was the better Better Business Bureau and it turned out that they are not listed the address is completely different than the one that’s listed even though it’s the same city Rancho Cucamonga and basically they scam you out of money it’s not even a true lawsuit at the technically aren’t even listed on Google addresses when I googled the address that that’s on the paperwork there’s 11 businesses and none of them legal services they’re all just Purchasing retail places for sports and everything else that have nothing to do with legal services oh there is a bail bonds but that’s not the name of the bail bonds it’s not premier legal services so with that said they are a scam do not fall for them and that they should be red flagged I am working on trying to get my money back but I don’t know if I’ll be able to I reported them to the police they are searching for them and everything.
