Received invoice for 2 toner - costing $ 1053.23. We never order toner as it is in our copier contract. Interesting to note that they knew my Accounts Payable Clerk's name as well as the copier that we DO use. So - I have to believe they called in and someone on the phones that day gave out valuable information. Just watch these fake invoices.

I was contacted at our office by someone claiming they needed to update their records (I thought for our copier place) and asked what kind of copier we had. Fast forward a month or so later and we receive a bill for two toner cartridges for our specific type of copier. We are billed per month by our copier place and when I called the phone number to find out, the answering machine message seemed fishy. It never said the name of the "company" just Customer Service, asking for the company name and invoice number. After researching online I saw more than one of the same situations.

We've gotten a few invoice periodically at our office telling us that an order of copier toner is being shipped to our office and that we're being charged for it. Every time I've called to deal with it, no one there picks up, I've left a message and they call back, explaining that they'll ship and we need to pay. I end up being called some nasty names by the "employees" because I tell them not to send anything, since we will not pay and to remove our company information from their customer list.

They called our office as PREMIERE OFFICE SUPPLY that services this building and they want to offer us services. They asked for the model name on the front of our copier machine to determine if they carry products we need. A few weeks later we received an invoice for $1,055.64 for 2 units of printer toner identified by the model name they received in the phone call. We did not receive any product. They phone number they cited is not our main number, it belongs to an additional line. It lists no date of when an order was placed. The invoice is dated 4/14/2017 and it says the estimated shipping date is 4/19/2017. We received the invoice via USPS first class mail on 4/17/2017.

Premiere Office Supplies sent my company an invoice for copier toner for $1,054.67. We are located in Virginia and do not do copier business outside of our state. The invoice was addressed to our old company name, which was changed 2+ years ago, and was for toner for a copier we replaced three months ago. It also listed me as the contact even though I had never ordered toner since we have a complete service plan that includes supplies with our copier company here in VA. I can only assume my name was gathered from a phishing phone call since we regularly get calls about office supplies. I called the number and a generic voicemail which did not mention the company name prompted me to leave a message. I received a call back from "Michelle" who said she was with customer service within an hour and she told me I had been incorrectly billed and the invoice was deleted from their system. She could not provide me with a reference number for the call or any other information. Please do not pay this company - these invoices are fake.

This fictitious company sent our office an invoice for two toner cartridges for our photocopy machine for $1,055.15. They must have called our office previously to determine the model and brand of copier we own because they knew the make and model, as well as the name of our admin. Fortunately, we are a small office and our admin immediately recognized it as fraud. However, when I checked the telephone number on the invoice on Who Was Calling You, I discovered that several other people had received similar invoices. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY.
