I was referred to premier student loans by a fellow student who had been contacted by them via phone. We had both recently graduated amd were in 20k worth of debt. This company asked for personal information like amount of money I made ss# etc. They then made a fake account at the fed loans company using the info I had given them except they used a fake email amd mine. I asked about the fed loans emails I kept getting and they said that I could disregard them that they were no longer my student loan company. I finally decided to reach out to them after a year of still receiving emails saying I wasn't paying my loans. As soon as I got in contact with them they relayed to me that their services are free and that they dont work with any 3rd party companies. I have tried to report them to the federal trade commissions unsuccesfully because if the current government shut down. I have reported fraud to my bank as they requested that I pay 4 lump sum payments of 248.76 and after that 10 dollar payments. It totals up to be 1,025.00 that they got out of me. They should be ashamed of themselves. They claim to be a "H and R block" type of service when you can do all the stuff for free but are charging 1000s for shuffling paper.

Claimed to be rated A with BBB. THEY ARE NOT. they are not a rated with bbb. They also tried to tell me they would drop 57k of student loan debt

I've been receiving texts from 76965, or another 5 digit number, for about three years now advertising their "student loan forgiveness" with this message in it

"Your approval for student loan forgiveness expires tomorrow if we can't reach you to finalize the application. Call me @ 202-754-9239 if you're still interested"

I call and call, the number isn't always the same, but theyre always operating under the name "Premier Student Loans. I ask to be removed from their call list and they hang up.

They're after personal information and ask for your loan information.
