This company had my aunt and uncle pay about 275.00 as a deposit on a DJ for their 50th wedding anniversary and then disappeared. Steven Thomas was his alleged name. Webpage no longer works and phone number is disconnected. Appears online that he continues to find other ways to do this.

I went ahead and ordered the Photography and Videography services for my wedding in DECEMBER. They did not give me a discount after I asked multiple times but whatever. They gave me my photgrpahers number and name and finally after a week he contacted me and asked me what I wanted and it was good. I told him everything I wanted it and how I wanted the things to be done. Then I asked him to send me pictures of his work and videos of his work so I can see and finally he did. They did not look bad at all. Finally my wedding day came and he was late but thats fine. i see his camera and its LITERALLY THOSE 50 DOLLAR CAMERAS. THE ONES THAT ARE PLAIN AND SIMPLE. IKE THSOE CHEAP [censored] DIGITAL CAMERAS. THATS WHAT HE BRINGS TO MY WEDDING. i looked at the pictures and the quality was not up to par at all! its a wedding for gods sake you couldve gotten a professional camera? how the hell is he a professional camera guy? obviously he is an amatuer if thats what he has. they scammed me saying they were sending em a professional camera man. but after my wedding i called ben my photographer a hundred times and asked him to send me my videos and photos and he said he will be shipping them to me via flashdrives via mail. that was january. finally after a week he send me a link to a google drive and my photos and videos were there. i COULD NOT OPEN HALF OF THE VIDEOS. ALL MY VIDEOS WERE BLURRY AND THE VIDEOMAN WAS MOVING EVERY SECOND AND IT CAME OUT HORRIBLE. TRULY HORRIBLE. I CALLED AND ASKED HIM TO SNE DME FLASHDRIVE SBC THE OOGLE DRIVE WASNT WORKING AND I WAS GOING TO GO TO A THIRD APRTY TO EDIT THESE DAMN VIDEOS NOW AND STEVE WAS A JERK. HE WAS CALLING EM A LIAR AND SYAING THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VIDEOS OR PHOTOS AND I WA SLIKE IDC GIVE ME A REFUND AND HE SAID HE CAN ONLY GIVE ME $200 REFUND FOR ALL THE [censored]TY SERVICES I GOT EVEN THOUGH I PAID $1300. TO THS DAY I NEVER RECIEVE DTHE FLASHDRIVES AND HE WONT PICK MY PHOEN CALLS UP OR MY EMAILS. THAT A** HOLE.

I booked premier event services in November 2015 to provide a photo booth at my wedding in Massachussets in July 2016. I paid a 325 dollar deposit and signed a contract, following up by email several times. The deposit and contract were accepted. I sent the balance by check on the 10th July with thre US postal services. All other checks sent that day were received by the 12th. On the 19th I received an email from Steve at Premier Events Services stating that "We haven't received your final payment for your photo booth this weekend. At this point we are unable to provide a photo booth. All our vendors are booked at this point. -Steve Thomas 888 484 5554". By claiming not to have revived my balance they then have he contractual right to keep the deposit and not provide the service paid for. It is suspicious a) that he says all their vendors are "booked" since one of them should have been booked and reserved for me, and b) there are countless other reviews online of people having the same experience. I believe premier event services deliberately over book and hen claim not to receive certain balance checks so they won't have to provide service. I was hired to do a wedding. Did the wedding and received a check in the mail. Deposited the check and it came back NSF... DO NOT WORK for these shady people. You may get paid once or twice but eventually they will send a NSF and not pay you.
