Purchased puppy from Premier Dachshunds@gmail for $600 on May 9, 2020, per Western Union Cash transaction. Puppy was to be shipped to Ontario International Airport free of charge, per sales agreement. Today I was informed that I would need to transfer $1000 for shipment via electronic crate and that I would be refunded 90%. I refused and was told I would go to jail and fined $35,000 for animal abandonment.
