mgr shows up for quote. quotes price and secures credit card for bill payment. Adds services talked about but not agreed to. part of work was done and then worker signs bill and shows work not done on some items. credit card is charged for all work, done or not, and surcharge is added.

tried to contact after. would not return call. tried to go to place of business, turns out place of business is parking lot and worker truck only goes in and out during day. actual billing and other finance is actually in campbell under the office of windows tinting. Finally found address and the phone number listed is one used on their bill that records messages only and that's why none is returned.
