I searched online and EVERYTHING the first person stated is EXACTLY what he tried pulling with me. Utterly ridiculous ppl prey on others this way

I clicked the dog listed as Gashia and submitted my name and number showing my interest in adopting this pup. I received an email from a Trystan Weeks. Email looked legitimate, the only thing that didn't sit right with me was the payment options were zelle or cashapp. I've only ever gotten dogs from kill shelters before so I didn't know if this was common in the breeder world. "Trystan" said all the right things. Asked me questions to make me feel like this was someone who cared where the dog went.

I was sent more pictures of Gashia and a short video. My husband asked me where the other pups where, like why was his siblings or other dogs not around. Other breeders would have a clip of all the pups or a picture of another pup's paw or butt slightly in the picture of pup we were interested in. I did a reverse search of the images but couldn't find them anywhere. Looking back, that dog was definitely pictures of someone's pet that was swiped.

The reviews are about medications. The picture of the woman under testimonial is from a cooking show. The video of a man is not a video. The review right under that talks about a shelter. There is broken English on the website and in his emails and texts. There wasn't a correct apostrophe to show possession. Incorrect spelling and word usage.

When I came suspicious I listened to my gut instinct and quickly canceled the payment, thank God. I used an excuse that my kid grabbed my phone but she didn't. He became upset with the payment canceled and called me, first time speaking to him. In hindsight I should have requested to speak to him beforehand. I answer the phone and he was Indian. He almost forgot his own name. He said, "Hello dis is...Trystan?" Like a game show where you answer in the form of a question. He then kept texting and texting me. Telling me he is a God fearing man with a family *insert rolls eyes*. When I asked for a video of the dog and him and saying my name the texts stopped, shocking.

Genuine scam scam. Not "I'm unhappy with this breeder scam", like there is no puppy- full on scam. Buyer beware!

I was going to get a puppy from this site and was talking back and forth with them via text and email. I got a weird vibe and decided to look a little further. I found the same pictures of the same puppies with different names on different sites. I then asked if we could video call because "i wanted to see the puppy's personality" and he said he sent me pictures and a very short video. I said i would still like to video call and he said they stopped doing Facetime because of too many calls. I then asked where he is located, he said Johnson City, New York. I told him we were thinking about using our vacation to fly down and get the puppy and when i asked what airport was closest, his response was "you can check". Haven't heard another word from them.

This website uses photos of puppies & dogs from social media accounts (such as @myaussietribe on IG) to pretend to value and breed, and sell, Australian Shepherd puppies. There are many “tells” on the site.
