My clt was contacted by phone by a "business" by the name of "Preferred Mediation." James Burke was the name of the contact. No business name was available on the answering machine, no license number was available, no supervisor was available, and 'business hours' were only until 12pm EST, James just "happened" to be there.

My clt was threatened to be served with papers, at the time she was to be served she would have to provide photo identification like a license. MA Attny General has no information on this "business."
