This is a scam. There’s a lot of people using vacant properties and pretending to be the owners and scamming ppl out of money. They text from app numbers, you’ll never meet them, the name on lease goes to a address in California. When you call they say they have property in Utah. I paid $500 to hold duplex and they tried to force me to move in etc. now they are no longer answering the phone.
