Please be careful when ordering under a free trail Keto products under the name Alpha Femme, they say they will send you their lineup at a discounted price. However 2 weeks later they charge you the full price over 300 dollars because you did not cancel the free trail. When calling 18554027105 which is their customer service line I was but on hold and told that due to Covivid 19 they were experiencing higher call volumes than normal, the wait could be as long as 2 minutes, 20 seconds later a customer care agent came on the line. They did not list the company name, when I asked what company they worked for they stated alphatitintesla. When I asked for a refund and cancellation of my account they said that was not possible. Please beware of these companies. Thank you for your time.
