I was gouged for $1900 for a couch and furniture cleaning after being a victim of the Eaton Fire in Altadena. The cleaners showed up and said it would be $1900 to clean one couch, four chairs, and three ottomans. I had no choice but to pay, then they wrote me an invoice without any information. The worker who had me Zelle him was named Melecio Vicente-Gonzales. I need a breakdown of the costs for insurance, and after more than five calls over weeks they have still not given me a cost breakdown. The people at the company I dealt with were named Nancy, Emma, and Tiffany, all who told me I would receive a cost breakdown which has never arrived. Then, when my father called asking for a regular cleaning, they quoted him a price around $500 for the exact same service. They still have not provided me with a breakdown of costs, because they know they scammed me and the services are less than what I paid. It is now creating issues with me receiving insurance payments for costs incurred during evacuation and displacement.
