This operation is a SCAM!!! I received a phone call on my home phone from 804-585-2097 and my initial thought was that it was my home resort calling me, until I looked at the caller ID and realized it was a VA number and my resort is not located in VA. The female caller was extremely aggressive and she fooled me into believing she was calling on behalf of my home resort, yet when I repeatedly asked who she was with all she would say was "your resort". She then went on to tell me I need to be scheduled to attend a meeting so that I can learn about "recent changes to your resort that will affect your timeshare". At that point I knew it was a scam and it took nearly 7 queries before she said she was calling with "precision reservations". I hung up and when I attempted to call the number displayed on my caller ID back, I got a message stating the number was disconnected and no longer in service.

THIS OPERATION IS A SCAM AND ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE IN PRISON AS THEY ARE DELIBERATELY ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD INNOCENT CONSUMERS!!!!
