Precise Iron Doors operates as a business that takes your deposit and then never delivers the product. When trying to reach out to inquire about the order you are given a “two weeks” from the time called. So you end up calling every two weeks for months and months. The receptionist claims to have no knowledge of orders, tracking, etc and so the owner whom they refer to as “Hyke” who is the only one who can help (allegedly) conveniently is always with a customer and unable to return your call. When asking for a refund through the website online they do not respond. My last conversation with a person there was they recommended I just go to my bank to “dispute” the charge giving them the ability to continue to scam people and keep their consumer victims quiet. Please shut them down. If you look the business up on the Apple Maps on your phone the phone number is invalid and you can also see very poor customer reviews stating the same things happening to them. The only way to reach them is through their website now with a different phone number which is probably now changed because of their criminal activity and with fake good reviews!!!. The ScamPulse.com website has 13 pages of customers and contractors stating the exact same issues. Please shut them down. It’s appalling that they have been allowed to continue with this.

Put half the money down on a custom-designed double entry door ($2500) and the door was not ready for delivery when we were told it would be. It was not even built yet over in China and our new home is all finished except for the door. They said we could get a refund and it would take 30 days. Did not happen! Keep getting the run-around and have since found out many others have been ripped off by these scoundrels. Salesman Harry Pambuckchyan, his father and brother.
