Made the purchase and was told that we would get it by Wednesday and all the shipping details would follow. Wednesday came and nothing. We emailed them numerous times and then finally on a Friday, we get an email saying that they would need an additional $500 for a special crate! We were told from the beginning that shipping was free and no additional fees would be added! I told them to call me and they never did. I sent an email demanding a refund and nothing. Do not purchase from these crooks!!!
