This person has website for Puppy fake sale and collected money and there is no puppy;

This is my story:

This man who goes by the name Roy has scammed us using a fake website that advertises for morkies. When we came into contact with the man, he is of Mexican descent, he doesn't speak much English, and he told us that he can not accept credit cards because he is a small business, and that we must download zelle, and wire the money to him.
Roy Adams, said he will use his daughter's email, which is [email protected]. When we realized first thing this morning that this man is a fake, we went to our local chase immediately. The teller at the bank explained that they will try to locate this man and his accomplice. While I realize that I was stupid to send somebody money, I thought that I would be save because of the chase name. We trust chase, and we have been banking with chase since I was 15! I was under the impression that in order for Roy Adams to get the money, his partner in crime, Alexadria Von should be on the hook for the money that they stole.
I am hoping that the bank can track the actual person/account where the money was deposited. Even if I can't get anything back, I would like for this man to be forced to take down the website that he designed for theft. We are a family of 4, and I am a cancer patient on disability, my husband is our only source of income, so naturally, this theft will affect us tremendously.
It's not fair that people like him will continue to prey on innocent hard working Americans. We are hoping to try to get his website removed, and to get his name out there as a fraud and a criminal.

From a Google search, I responded to Preciouselitemorkies advertising Morkie puppies, located in N. Dakota. I am in Sun Lakes, Az. They were $700 ($500 for the puppy, $200 shipping fee). I agreed to the $500 and he agreed to pay the shipping. I was to repay him the $200 after I received the puppy. I sent the $500 to what he said was his daughters email from my Wells Fargo Bank, through Zelle. Conformation Zelle code is PP09QSQTR9. I have since notified Zelle of the scam and my bank.

The email was [email protected] and the "daughter" name is Vanessa Sillabi.

I received the notification from the shipping company that arrangements had been made and I could track by #IGS01406335, sending 2/5/2021 from Jamestown, ND, by using the tracking number and using website

https://inter-globalshipping.com/track-form/. That described the purchase and shipping details of the puppy, Status on Hold awaiting shipment. I never received the puppy and I can't get the sender or shipping agency to respond.
