Was interested in buying a puppy or puppies. Explained to him about woo Chihuahua another website scam that have similar information and pictures, then proceeded to thank me for alerting him and he's worked to hard for his business to take hard earned money from people. I picked out the puppies wanted and proceeded with conversation. The end because cautious from almost being previously scammed I told him I didn't want to fly the puppies but pick them up since he was only 4 hours away. He agreed but when he gave "my address is" I automatically googled it and mapped it it wasn't his home but a church. Once again even though his website states different payment options he wanted visa credit card from Walmart. Stopped all communication because he seems obviously the same person as woo but changed all information.

PLEASE to your research... Take the time. It's sad how many scammers there is.

This person is selling fake Chihuahua puppies. The puppies do not exist. Seller keeps texting and calling requesting for money. All photos on the website are stock photos from other websites. The AKC logo is being used on the footer of each page.

Their names are Pascal Dickson & Paul Dickson. They are selling Purebred Chihuahua Puppies for $450 per male & $500. per female. They offer FREE delivery, to your home 4-8 hrs. in the USA & 72 hr. Internationally. Puppies have all shots & come with, Vet Health Acclimation Cert. & Registration Papers! Plus 30 day money back guarantee! Claiming they have 20 years experience! There are 10 puppies for sale, all 9 weeks old & from the same litter!

I e-mailed them Saturday, January 6th, 2018. I was going to purchase 2 females @ a total cost of $1000. USD. 'Pascal' e-mailed me back within a few hours asking me to give him some information about myself & my shipping address etc. The method of payment was to be a Money gram, purchased at WalMart, After he received the MTCN #, he would be giving me the flight info on the 2 puppies! They were to be put on a flight on the 7th of January. On Sunday, January 7/18, my fiancé, Fred, went to WalMart but our stores in Canada do not sell Moneygrams! My fiancé had to go to Money Mart & sent $1000. thru Western Union. As Fred did not want to pay the extra $70.00 for same day delivery of the money, Pascal would not be able to go to Western Union & pick up his money until Monday, January 8/18. I texted Pascal a photo of the receipt with the MTCN #, telling him that Fred had to go thru Western Union & advising him that his money would not be available until Monday the 8th. Pascal was upset but told me the puppies would still be put on a direct flight to my home, early Monday morning & he would let me know the details once the pups had left Texas. When I had not heard anything from Pascal by 10:00am., my time, Monday morning, I advised Fred to call Western Union & stop the Money Transfer, which he did! Not telling Pascal this information, I text him & asked him if there was a problem. Pascal text me at 11:15am. & told me everything was moving along nicely! At this point, the puppies were still going to be arriving to my door by the end of the day! I live 2 1/2 hrs. north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada! At 1:00pm., I received a text from Pascol telling me that Western Union would not release his money and that it had been re-funded. I played ignorant, telling him I had no idea why he couldn't receive his money. From 1:00pm. until 6:00pm., I received at least 12 text messages from Pascal, stating that Fred had to send him a Moneygram & nothing else. Pascal told me that Western Union's systems had shut down! Also in a text I received at 4:20 PM, Pascal advised me to now make the Moneygram payable to Paul Dickson, his cashier, as Pascal himself was quite busy. Even at 6:00pm., Pascal was still stating that I would receive my Puppies on Monday, January 8/18!

My fiancé Fred and I were told by the cashier at Money Mart, that you can not put a 'Stop' on a money gram and that is why Pascal was so insistent on us purchasing one. It was then obvious to us that Pascal did not know that you could put a stop on a Money Transfer through Western Union, as our $1360 CDN would have been long gone early Monday morning on the 8th of January!

The 10 puppies advertised on the 'Precious Chihuahua Puppies' site are all still available. They are also, still 9 weeks old. The 'Precious Chihuahua Puppies' site comes up on 'every' 'Chihuahua puppy for sale', website available on the Internet today. Fred and I have learned our lesson and are now more informed than we were before. We had never gone on line looking for puppies for sale other than on Kijiji. I would like these people shut down as all they are doing is playing with peoples hearts as well as taking their money!
