I was looking to purchase a puppy. They sent me pictures and Videos. I signed a purchase agreement. I sent payment via Zelle. I got an email with shipping confirmation and schedule for puppy to arrive. Then they emailed that I needed to pay $1500 for special crate that was refundable upon delivery. I paid again via zelle. Then I got another email saying I needed to pay insurance for the puppy, also refundable. I started to ask for a refund for the crate and also contacted puppy seller and no response ever.
