Pre-sale-tickets.com sold us Tickets - Section: Floor A2 • Row: 25 • Qty: 2, They then have ticket tracker email a confirmation that they have your tickets(clearly marked "Section: Floor A2 • Row: 25 • Qty: 2"), “click to accept", when you click, they are marked the same (Floor A2 • Row: 25 • Qty: 2), then they direct you to click a ticket master link, when you arrive ticket master, they are changed general admission STANDING ONLY! The general admission seats are about half the price of the floor seat they sold us. These non-seats are - Sec PIT2, (General Admission) and are not even close in value or accommodation. They are not even seats!!

They don't answer their phones or return emails. I have reached out to them several times since Monday, 08/02 via shine & email. No Answer from any avenue of communication.

Ticket Master, Pre Sale Tickets (https://www.pre-sale-tickets.com/), and My Ticket Tracker (http://mytickettracker.com/) all use the same outgoing message and infinite hold loop. They is no recourse whatsoever for this scam! This VERY MUCH SEEMS INTENTIONAL.
