I saw the company post on social media for some cool shorts and ordered a pair. They were labeled as a pre-order item set to ship by the end of September. When they didn’t ship I saw they changed the shipping window to by the end of October, and they still never shipped. I contacted the company for a refund and they refused, saying I contacted them one too late, but promised to refund the shipping. Nothing was refunded and I later noticed they had 90% of their website listed as pre-order, including items I had seen several months ago. The site is riddled with fake reviews as well as a ton of reviews stating they never received anything. They seem to take peoples money and just keep changing the shipping period on everything every month, never actually shipping any product.
