Somehow I got on a website where "Christie Brinkley's" anti-aging breakthrough was advertised. It showed "Dr. Oz" getting this product put on his face. Seeing that I thought it may be on the level. It also had a short video of disappearing wrinkles/bags on a womans face. The website is very misleading. In some places it says free trial & other places it just says trial. I've read another womans experience with this same product/company & mine is almost identical. I ordered the cream & before the website lets you go, it invites you to also try the serum. Both of these products were to be shipped for only my paying shipping, a total of $9.90. I received 1 product & had to call the company, waste my time to get the other product I paid shipping for. During this call I hear the representative say she will extend my "trial." Right there I knew I was on the hook. I told her no where on the website did it say I wanted to be enrolled in the subscription plan. My trial was extended to 2/18/20. I called on 2/17/20 to cancel my subscription. The hour long nightmare began. First they wanted to charge me 59.95 for their product to cancel my account. As I complained & time went she put me on hold a few times & then the price would drop again. The final price to cancel my account was $19.99. Exasperated I said ok. She came back on the line & told me the charge was declined & she would charge my card again on 2/20/20 & cancel my account. The only other way to cancel my account would be to return the products, with that restocking fee & I would have to pay to ship this stuff back. I'm grateful that my bank sends me msgs about iffy purchases. This charge was declined not because of lack of funds but because the bank was watching my back. After I hung up from this fraudulent company I called my bank & put a permanent hold on any charges coming from Prache/Muscle Extreme Global or any other name they use to trick & steal $ from consumers.

Numerous adds will pop up asking you to take a survey. Once you are finished the only way to get rid of the survey is to choose a “ FREE “ prize of your choosing. CBD oil , eye cream , male enhancement pills , and one other choice. The survey stays on your screen until you click on something and then when you do it automatically starts asking for credit card information. It states very very clearly that the product is “ FREE “ you only have to pay for shipping and handling. Again you do not see any fine print or something stating you will need to cancel additional orders. By this time you just want to get rid of this off your screen but it will just keep coming back but as a different named advertisement but for the same exact thing. They have several email addresses, most of them you are unable to get to. Trying to find the exact one you may have looked at before ? Forget it they’ve already replaced it with a different advertisement. When you call this company to let them know that you are not interested in receiving their product in the first place you cannot even get a hold of anyone and when you do they refuse to listen to a word you have to say and will not take no for an answer. I paid $5.99 for shipping for a product I didn’t want , when it arrived I sent it back , I was charged $212.00 on top of that and I am still waiting for a refund . Please people watch out for these folks. They are CROOKS in every way shape and form. A TRUE Example of FRAUD ??

This was promoted as a free gift from JCPenny due to the closure of several stores. There was a short questionnaire about age, the type products used, the condition of skin, hair etc. Then there was supposedly a random selection picking the product to send you. When that was done they revealed the free product, then said oh wait, we are sending you a second free product. Until the place I entered my debit card number I had no idea the name of the product til then. After arguing with this foreigner for 30 MI it was agreed that they would cancel all subscriptions and return40 percent of the two amounts 1o9.00 and 103..00 setting me up to get a little more than 80.0 still losing 127.20. Of course I still have some face cream I would never have ordered.

Prache offers a free product to trial and only charges for shipping of $3.95. Upon accepting the free product with no other terms of service or contracts visible during the transaction, the company then after 14 days charges the full price of the product that was supposed to be free and then automatically enrolls you in a monthly delivery of the product without authorization. After realizing unauthorized charges to my card I called the merchant and they simply said by accepting the free trial I committed to a monthly supply and there is nothing they can do. No refunds and no willingness to resolve the issue in a professional manner. I had to close my credit card account to stop them from billing my card. I did not accept any further shipments from them and they still charged my account. They intentionally mislead costumers into trialing their products and then collect as much money as possible before they are caught. This is not an honest business

"Prache antiaging cream" and "Prache antiaging serum", which the add says all judges on Shark tank invested a million dollars in, is a scam.

They charge you a small amount for a "free sample" , get your credit card # using "bluebelleasysignature" online, then send you monthly shipments & bill your credit card for hundreds & hundreds of dollars for months of products - despite cancelling exactly as told to do so per the add - via email at "[email protected]".

They charge your card under different company names

- not Prache- but under names such as "Cream-ains"

and "Best Eye" . Customer "service" on the phone say their business is called "Rollon Skincare", as does their product label. ???

All the above despite your having sent a cancellation email, done just as instructed on their add. Even when their customer service employee (@ 1- 855 - 431 - 8984) admits receiving your cancellation email.

Their Manager says you MUST pay their charges due to an alleged email supposedly sent to you, in reply to your Cancellation email, with FUTHER steps needed to get them to ACTUALLY stop sending boxes and charging your card.

No such email was ever received - not in Received Email, our Spam Folder or in our "Trash" folder. Despite telling them that, it matters not to them & remains their defense to get you to pay.

Additionally, Customer service advises NOT to bother returning any unopened boxes of their products for refund - no matter how many unauthorized boxes received post your Cancellation email - as they will not credit a refund for any of them.

Just so people know, with this kind of scam, my credit card WON'T take the charges off & investigate it as FRAUD.

I remain responsible for the charges, they say, because I initiated the first transaction, (Despite only the very small amount authorized), and "provided them with the credit card number in the first place".
