Scammer claimed I had discontinued service in aug this year with Spectrum and failed to return equipment and needed to provide payment. 1) I never had service with spectrum and verified with them later that was true. 2) If bill originated in aug it would not be in collections in November. When I told the scammer that was not my bill they wanted to know if I moved?
