I had visited this alleged company's address you gave me earlier today. I press the buzzer but no one answered and waited around for about 1hr asking the businesses around the area about this company and they have never heard of it and that there is no such company at 33 Titchfield street. The only company at this address is Oxford Circus Physiotherapy and not open on weekends. This leads me to further carry out due diligence on this company and the findings are as following.
P & P Factory is not a registered company and does not exist in the UK. The address 33 Great Titchfield St, London, W1W 7LT is also incorrect and the company does not have a head office listed there.
Oxford Circus Physiotherapy, 33 Great Titchfield Street, LONDON, W1W 7PA is the main and only company operating at this address. They are open Monday to Friday Only closed on weekend. As you can see from the post code, the actual address post code is W1W 7PA and not W1W 7LT as stated on their website.
P&P BUSINESS GROUP LP does not exist in the UK either.
P and P BUSINESS GROUP LP is a registered Limited Partnership company with the England and Wales Companies House registry at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT. This company has never traded nor filed an accounts since its registration in 2017. Its a fake or shell company and its not related to P & P factory. Shell company are mainly created for fraudulent purpose.
I had my friend a Compliance Consultant (presently with Shell (Gas & Oil) UK) to verify this for me and she came back with 'All the companies do not exist'.
The ISO 13485:2016 Certificate is falsified. The certificate was never issued to P & P Business Group LP or P & P Group OR P & P Factory. The certificate original named company has been edited and replaced with the P & P Business Group LP. In a genuine ISO certification, the name of the company will always be the same, consistent and no other variation as in this case. The address on the certificate is also different from that on their website head office address.
I have attached images taken when I visited the alleged business address of this company today.
Based on the information and its analysis above, my advice is for you to look elsewhere for the face mask, as once you made payment to this company there is no way of you getting it back or the product you paid for. I have done all I could and unable to provide you with the information you are looking for as the company is non-existence.
