I bought two pairs of shoes. They came 4 weeks later. Extremely poor quality. I contacted them 4 times before the mailed back saying they were sorry I wanted a refund and asked why. I told them. Never heard from them again. Counterfeit products for sure!

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. They arrived late and were poor quality. I have no paperwork to ship back for a refund. I am very disappointed and they were 65.00. What do I do to get my refund? My email address is [email protected]

Pozoza ad on Facebook selling sandals they gave me a tracking number and reply to my order. However now when I try to reach them all I get is a covert message “we will be back”. Please don’t fall for this
