Do not use this website! They offer digital cameras and other electronic devices at seemingly very low prices. Once you place your order, however, they will e-mail you and ask you to call them to finalize the order. At that point, they will change the price and attempt to sell you many add ons with bait and switch tactics. They charged me $160 more than advertised for a Nikon camera and lens set due to an add on for a 3-year Nikon warranty (so they said) and a Nikon camera. The camera and lens turned out to be gray market or refurbished devices. They arrived in plain boxes with no original packaging, no warranty cards, no manual, and no original accessories that are normally sold with the camera. The original battery was replaced with a cheap, generic brand, as was the strap. The camera and lens were not even warrantied or serviceable in the U.S. and I was told at an authorized Nikon dealer that I probably won't be able to get updates for them. The 3 year extended Nikon warranty I purchased turned out to be a 3 year warranty card from a company that receives equally awful reviews as this seller. When I tried to return the items I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee on the entire purchase, even the extended warranty and that the extended warranty was not returnable (this was not disclosed when it was sold). They also would bill me for the original shipping upon return which was advertised as free on their website. In order to return it they wanted me to sign off that I agreed to these terms within 24 hours or I would lose the ability to return it all together. When I called to ask more about this, their customer service rep was very unprofessional and yelled obscenities at me and called me names. I am filing a claim with my credit card company and hope they can help. Do not fall for their horrible sales tactics!

Ordered a camera from them for a great price. Got an email a day later saying please call me to complete your order. When I called they said the camera didn't come with a battery or a charger but I could add one for $79. Told him I'd need to get back to him since it was my 16 year olds order and she may not be able to afford the extra $79. He said it was on back order and it would ship "tomorrow". Found a battery and charger on another website so tried to call back but never got an answer, Send an email saying go ahead and send camera "as is" (without charger or battery) as my daughter found one. Never heard back and again couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally got a hold of somebody today and he said "you cancelled that order" I told him I did not cancel the order and he wouldn't let me explain what happed, he just said he would reorder it for me. I told him to go ahead and reorder it for me and he said "oh sorry...I can't get that camera in again" I said "so this is a scam? You just offer that price and when we order it and don't upgrade the extra $79 you all of a sudden can't order it again" and he was rude and basically hung up on me. He has my credit card info....sure hope he doesn't do anything with it!
