I have been for the past 6 months trying to let them know that my solar panels are not working and paying for them (financed), and they don't know how to handle the situation. No one takes responsibility over the issue and blaming another company for the error. I signed the contract with Powur and not with another company. They will not do anything about this and I am sure that I am not the only unsatisfied, worried and frustrated customer. I have a list of emails going back and forth to resold this issue and still today it has not been resolved. they send me to a company called TSI and TSI tells me that Powur is to resolve the issue not them.
