I purchased a graphics card from Amazon that was made by powercolor. The card was dead on arrival, and Amazon's return policy is 30 days. Instead of immediately sending it back to Amazon, I sent it back to powercolor (the manufacturer) for an rma repair/replacement. They took longer than 30 days, so I would no longer be able to return the card to Amazon for a refund. They sent me another card, which was also dead on arrival. I've been troubleshooting with them, since both cards had the exact same issues, and their "resolution" is to go through the entire rma process again so they could send me another card (which at this point I KNOW will not be functional). I just want the 1600 dollars I spent on the card back. It has made a huge dent in our finances that we have been unable to recover from.
