I ordered medical face masks back in February, 2020. The order kept in process for couple days. I called but nobody answered phone. I left the voice message and no reply. At last, I left voice message to cancel the order and also email them to cancel the order too per their guideline on the website. They've never responded me and of course they never shipped anything either. Now almost one and half years passed, I suddenly got an email from this company, stating that "Please note there is a $40.00 returned payment fee because the payment has been returned to you and it was not properly cancelled. In the future, please simply let us know to cancel your order and you will avoid this fee. Your account has an open balance of $40.00 and must be paid immediately. The payment is owed at time of request and if we do not have the payment tomorrow at the latest, it will be considered late and we will report the late payment/delinquency to all the major crediting boroughs and will continue to do so until it is paid. This will apply to all customer information related to this order. This is going to affect your credit if it is not paid. "

This is totally fraud ! I went to their website try to login to my account, their website is not available anymore. Their domain is now available for sale.

This fake company really needs to be investigated.

We had 2 orders. One for 251.38 and one for 583.29 of products which were never received. I tried to cancel via email and website. Finally submitted a dispute with my bank and now they want to tell me that it was not done timely.

I placed two order from this company on February 2020,order#200001902 and order#200001894 . when I placed it tell take 2-3 business day the order will ship ,after placed order never heard and update for my order and I tried call and email them no response.and I email the requested to cancel my Oder still no response. I called my credit card company. Yesterday 1/19/2021 I received two email for those 2 order the company ask me to pay $40 return fee for each of my order . But I never received my order and also requested to cancel my order before I call my credit card company.

I've ordered 300 masks in Feb 2020, the website said deliver in 2-3 business day. Tried to contact the company for date of delivery, no answer to both phone & emails. I cancelled the order by following the company's instruction, emailed a cancellation request. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and got my money back. Yesterday, Dec 22, 2020, I received an email stating that the company is charging me a fee of $40 for returned payment. If not pay, the company will turn me into collection and other legal department to mess up my credit. I emailed the company back regarding this non-sense charge. I reported the issue to BBB and informed the company that I have report to BBB and I will take it further to the police & federal departments.
I received another email back saying "You can take the action you want and we are entitled to do the same. It will only get worse. Please note this will not go away until it is paid."
I think I will report to FBI next...

Like others above this company has taken funds and did not deliver a product. This company should be under FBI investigation for fraud. Very disappointed and believe I will follow up with how to get them reported with federal agencies.

Like many above, March 20, 2020, I ordered a can of disinfectant wipes. Thankfully only spent $19.17. They charged my card and I still have no wipes and when I call their number, I get a Magic Jack commercial. Something's not right.

I ordered 600 pieces of medical face masks back in March, 2020. until now still not receive any. I emailed many times without reply. The phone number 800-249-1902 and 516-422-2369 now is not working. so frustrated. I think this is a good idea report local commission Affair department and Federal Trade commission. The website should be close then no more people get fall into this Scam , Fake company.

I ordered Masks, Sanitizer and Wet tissues in March 2020. Parts of the order was shipped in April, and I received the package. The masks were on back order at that time, so I cancel them in April. They agreed with the refund through E-mail. Since my bank account did't receive the refund, I called the store in May. A staff told they transferred money but failed. She said to refund once again. I haven't still received the refund, and I called them again. The staff said something error happened while transferring money. She said they don't refund other than a credit card refund. I asked my bank, however; my bank hasn't have any refund from them. I called and sent Emails several times after that, but they haven't given me any responds. The phone number 800-249-1902 and 516-422-2369 are now working with the answering machines. I appreciate to let me know their address If you know.

The company sent an email to all customers saying that all the PPE were out of stock and asked if we would like to be on a waiting list. I decided to remain on the waiting list. In April, the company reached out to me again and asked if I would still like to be on the waiting list. I stayed on the waiting list. Two months passed, and I still hadn't heard back from the company. So I sent them an email asking for the status of my order in June, no one answered my email. I called the number that was provided in the email, no one picked up.

I googled the phone number (800) 249-1902 which is being used by the other website, Power Medical Supplies, which is also a scam company. These two companies are the same and are fake! A lot of people complained about this fake company. I asked for a refund but they didn’t reply my email. I think they tried to send customers emails telling us the items were out of stock and kept us waiting, so we couldn't dispute the charges on our credit cards once the dispute window has passed. I contacted my bank and they couldn't dispute the charge since it passed 3 months already. This fake company really needs to be closed down and be punished! How dare they are to scam people during this pandemic! I encourage people who got scammed by this company to report it to your local Consumer Affairs department, and to the Federal Trade Commission!

As the outbreak happened in January this year, my families in China have been diagnosed with the Corona virus. I had been desperate looking for medical supplies to ship to my families. In Feb. 6th, I purchased face masks with the amount of $2153.76 using my Citi credit card. I have never received the merchandise after 2 weeks of placing the order. Then I decided to contact them and I was told by a telephone message that they were out of stock and could not promise a delivery date. Then I canceled the order on Feb. 27th by sending a cancellation email to this company as per their instructions. They replied to me that they have already cancelled the payment and issued me a refund. In March when I checked my credit card and found out that they never refund me money. I opened a dispute through my Citi bank credit card and I saw a similar amount was credited back to my account. I thought that they issued the refund and therefore closed the dispute. However, I made a mistake realizing that they never issued me an refund. Therefore I contacted them by phone and by emails almost everyday for a couple of months. Every time I contact them, they promised to me to wait for another week and their billing department is going to contact me and issue me a refund. In April, I received an email from them saying that it is caused by technical glitch that is affecting this and I never heard back from then ever since despite my many attempts to contact them. I contacted my credit card company to reopen the dispute and was told that because I closed the dispute (even by mistake), my credit card company lost the right to get the back to me and the case is in the merchant's favor now. My credit card company told me that the merchant's bank has the money and the merchant just needs to contact their bank to release the money. However, not only the merchant did not contact their bank, but also they refused to refund me the money. It was until this moment that I realized it is a fraud. The website still exists and I would like some legal action to take place to investigate the company so that innocent people will not get scammed and lose their money. The website needs to be shut down and the scammers need to be put in prison. I also would like to some help to get my money back. My credit card company said they are legit company since they have a merchant bank. However, I believe it is a total scam.
