I was charged for a meal delivery and told to cancel due to availability of the items ordered through the service. I was told a credit would be issued if it was too late to refund my card charges (all occurred within 2 hours) and that I had to wait. I waited and the pending charges turned into real charges, 5 days later I requested a review as I was not given a refund or a credit as promised. I was told because it had been more than 2 days I was not to be given either and required to eat the cost on the cancelled service. This is unacceptable.
