Labor Poster Compliance is a SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM $79.25. This is not required, as they would like you to believe by their letter stating that if you aren't in compliance it can lead to over $7000 worth of fines. As a new LLC I thought all of these letters I was receiving were required when NOT ONE was. Anything you need for your business you can get from your state's labor page. Only use .gov websites and check for websites, emails, phone numbers, and legitimate addresses before you send anyone money. This of course sounds obvious, but when you receive what looks like an official letter you tend to just comply. No more.
