They deal in false advertising. What you purchase is not what you will receive. They also use a bunch of bogus return addresses, but tell you not to send back to that address.
A total scam company.

I ordered shower shelves in April of 2020. I did not receive anything until August, and they sent me cheap knock offs of what I ordered, which don't even work. I have tried for MONTHS to get someone to email me back about receiving a refund, but the email address is fake. The company was through Buttonwholing and the email address listed is [email protected]. I just want my money back. My email is [email protected]

On the website, they advertised that you can get the Automatic Sprouter Machine for $25.99 and if you pay $.99 you will get your order in a week.
1. On the website they show the machine, but when you put in the order, they sent you a receipt for Automatic Sprouter Machine, but if you click to go to your order they switched to Seeding plate. This is a scam website. They are very tricky. Don't buy stuff from them.
2. It took 2 weeks for the order get shipped to you.
3. When you write them an email to ask for return, they told us they will give us $5.50 back because the shipping back will be about $20. That is full of crap.
We should report them so they can get banned from selling stuffs in this country.

Order a 6ft motion Halloween character for $60 and I got a little tiny stuffed animal and I cannot contact them anywhere except for emails!Paid extra for shipping for a three day shipping and I didn’t get it for three weeks this place is a scam do not ever order from them! When you call the number it’s somebody’s voicemail saying that the number had been deactivated!

Awful. When my discount did not calculate at purchase, I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. (Cancellation email sent 10 minutes after purchase.) They did not write back until 48 hours later and then proceeded to tell me I will have to pay a 10% fee because the 24-hour cancellation period was past. Again...I wrote the cancellation email 10 minutes after the purchase (and I attached screenshots SHOWing this timeline in the email!). This place has gone back and forth with me for over three weeks now. They haven't sent a single item, it is unshipped, yet they continue to demand the cancellation fee, even though there is zero loss at stake for them, since they haven't taken a single step toward shipment of ANY goods. Shameful "business" practices.

Ordered a 3 piece R/C set of a bulldozer, backhoe, and another construction vehicle for 99.00 early June... it showed tracking everywhere from China to NY to NJ, then to CA, back to NJ... and today... there is no tracking available.. dead end. This company is a thief and will take your money... used their "contact" email of [email protected] and came back undeliverable! Complete rip off!

Xehia trading are not honest. They advertise using "bait and hook" which is illegal in most Western countries (They advertise something very valuable with a very low price; but what arrives is something else) when you complain they say it is a misunderstanding... because we sell many things. They will take your money flat out from your account and you will never see it again. Then they negotiate (pay us more and we will send you what you wanted). Do not play games with them. Do not send them any money!

I ordered a hair trimmer for a total of $42.92 with tax on 5/02/2020. I have been given the runaround for 2 months on the delivery. The tracking information showed the package was coming from china. I figured this will take a while. The shipping stated it would take 12-20 days to receive. I waited and contacted the supplier periodically to inquire about package after 30 days. The response I got told me that it can take 40-55 days to receive just wait for it. I reluctantly waited checked tracking information and it completely changed a month later. I requested s refund a few times and I was finally told they will give me 15% back that's ridiculous. I responded that want all of my money back and nothing was done. The supplier has ignored me and i now realize this is a scam.
