I was trying to do a change of address for my daughter and went to the usual usps.com and for some reason this company that I thought was usps popped up. I thought a change of address of $1.00, but it turned out that it charged me $44.50 to my bank account. I would like this company investigated and check sent to me in the amount mentioned above. My bank account shows this and date of transaction:

10/03/2019 *** *** *** *** POSTSERVICESSIMPLIFIED 888-224-3321, OH for Ohio. When I tried to call them the first thing they said was well let me have your credit card number to see which department I can transfer this to and I said no. OH
