I saw the $19.99 charge to my credit card. I do a lot of online shopping, so I thought it was something I had overlooked. However I found that it was a monthly recurring charge. I called the number on my ledger and all I get is a busy signal. Next calls, The Better Business Bureau and The Attorney General's Office!

I checked my Visa card transactions on 8/13/2020 and found the following unauthorized transaction: charged $19.99 by "Positive Go Go Everyday" on 8/5. I immediately did a Google search trying to locate this company but found nothing. The transaction listed its name, a phone# (844-978-3020) and State of Pennsylvania. Since I never authorized such transaction nor having heard this company, I decided to call that phone number to find out what happened. The lady answered my call stated that the charge is my monthly membership fee. They obtained my credit card information through other online sources. With my request, she agreed to cancel my membership immediately. However, she refused to refund the $19.99 fee charged to my credit card. I informed my bank to dispute this $19.99 transaction and had my credit card account closed.
