A person, who did not speak very good English, called and stated that they were from the Federal Reserve. They said that I could receive $9,000.00. I would need to go to Walmart and get a card to put the money on. They said that I would need a photo ID. They said that when I get the card at Walmart, I could call them and they would give me a code. They said that they would help me through the process. I told them I did not have an ID and was not going to go to Walmart.
