I looked up Enterprise car rental through voice recognition on my phone. The # I was given was a fake # for Enterprise, and I had spoken to 3 different people in a span of two days. The 1st person whom I spoke to was Johnathan Line @ the # of 888-855-5005. He told me they had a special on the rentals if I would pay a deposit of 200.00$"s through an AX pre paid card. They said I would be refunded the 200.00 when I returned the car. So I went and loaded an AX gift card w/ 200.00, like an [censored]. I was desperate for a good rental price. I called Johnathon back w/ the AX card #, all my personal info and they asked for a copy of my DL#. My reservation # was 811608134. No more than 15 minutes from giving them my info and card # I got a call saying the card didn't go through, and I bought the wrong kind of card. This man's name was George Morrison calling from this # 509-318-8925. I asked if I could speak to Johnathan and he kept saying he was busy, and the only option I had was to buy another pre-loaded card w/ 200.00 on it again. Finally spoke to the last person, his name was Jimmy Zhan phone # 844-467-1606. Again saying the same as before get a new pre-paid card w 200.00 on it. At this point I told them this was a scam and I was going to report it, Jimmy hung up after telling him about reporting them, which I did. I sent the information to the FBI, as which I was informed to do. This all happened on 6/27/2023. I was finally able to get a hold of the REAL Enterprise, and they had told me some how I was redirected to a fake Enterprise and they have seen it before. I know MI AG Nessel is filing a complaint about voice recognition on smart phones and faults w/ fake company's claiming to be a ligament one. I am personally wanting to be a part of this dispute and get the word out that is is a huge problem w/ technology!! I have all the documents and proof of purchase of the AX card. I have heard nothing from the FBI since filing my complaint. I hope I get further w/ you? Many Thanks.
