A woman named "Andrea" knocked on my door and claimed she was from DTE. She flashed me a fake badge that was hanging around her neck. She proceeded to ask to see my most recent paper bill to check the rate verification. She the proceeded to ask for the house owner's name and phone number to call at a later time because I did not give her a bill.
