On March 31st I got a text and email saying I won $1000 with chime manifest candile. So I was like ok what do have to do. The scammer said we need some info from you. They took me through some steps. The next thing I know I was locked out of my account. I called chime for help. I let them know what happened. They got me back into my account. But all $ 738 was gone. I called chime back let them know what happened. They told me I had to let the money deposit to either account before they could do something. So on April 9th the my money deposited into scammer account. I called the dispute department. Since than I have filed 3 disputes and 4 rebuttal. Have 4th rebuttal is going now. But evertime I a response it is the same thing. We do not see were this transaction. Was a unauthorized transaction. And than on April 19th someone saying they were from chime customer service. Saying they can help me with my dispute . The mentioned my dispute and me having a new card. I said no this is a another person trying to scam me. They next thing I know I got locked out of my account again. Than I get a email saying my phone number has been changed. So I tried to get into my account. But could not so I finally get back in. They was moving my money from one account to another. I put my money back into my the right account. While was trying to lock them out I took all of money again. I called the dispute department again only to be told I had to file another dispute for the $979. The dispute is still open. I have sent them all of text and emails. From the scammers. But still I keep hearing there was no error. We all need to get together to get a lawyer an sue chime for our money. We can not let this go. No one from chime is trying to help us. They are going to keep saying there was no error or authorization transaction. I am tired of them thinking we are hopeless. And we are going to give up. Their investmention is a joke. Chime to have a better fraud and scam team if they have one.
