I placed my ad for my used car. A man by the name Benjamin texted me saying he was interested in the car. He said he would send me a certified check for $9,000 along with funds to pay for the truck that would come pick up my car. He told me the day the check arrived that he put in extra funds since the truck was planning to pick up other items in the area. He wanted me to pay him back the difference. After that, I blocked his number. A personal check came in the mail for $14,000 and I did not deposit it.
