I have received a letter by postal mail monthly for about 9 months from Big Picture Loans regarding delinquent status of "my" account and they want me to contact them to set up a payment arrangement. I have not contacted them since I have no outstanding accounts anywhere I am aware of and they address me by a nickname which I would never use for anything official.

They say in the letter it is a Collections Notification for an Overdue Balance.

Principal amount: $713.50, Interest Amount: $335.24, Fees Amount: $20.00 and Total Amount Due: $1,068.74

These amounts have never changed since first letter about 9 months ago.
