Posing as a “promotional company” with Allstate to update me on current Allstate discounts. This person had my name, phone number, and an old home address. He said he got my information from an insurance database. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said the only person above him was God. When I asked to be placed on a Do Not Call list he tried to charge me $10. I said I wouldn’t be paying and he got argumentative. I hung up.
