The scammer uses social media ads to attract victims (i.e. Facebook) and then reached out via a personal message to ask if you have a Google email address and the Google Hangouts app. They ask a bunch of normal and unusual questions and personal questions and address the fact that this is an unconventional way of interviewing new prospects.
