I placed order # PSC00008897 ON 2-23-2023 @ 10:02 p.m. in the amount of $192.53 on their website. Items never arrived, I've emailed the company on numerous occasions and sent messages through their FB page with no responses.

This company is showing clothing for sale on their website that looks nice but when the items arrive they look nothing like their photos on their website. The colors are off, the design is not the same and the fabrics are very weird, not at all like the fabric listed on their website. When you try to return items, you have to claim the value of the package at $30 - $50 which is less than the value of the items paid for. So, if the package is lost or never received, you're never going to get your full price back. I don't mind buying from China, but this type of practice is not acceptable. The photos on their website are fraudulent.

I purchased clothing via the website that was originally on Facebook. I made the order on 11-24. I have contacted them repeatedly to see when the items were shipping. First a delay due to "restocking" then a bogus tracking number was given. When I looked that up it says the parcel is in IL heading to the postal service. It never gets ot the postal service. Another item that was immediately a red flag is when I used my credit card to make the purchase the receipt indicated it was from PayPal. I dont have a PayPal account. My credit company contacted PayPal and they have zero information on it. It is a fake company.
