I ordered merchandise from this site early December of 2020. I was told that I would receive my merchandise within 21 business days. Close to 3 months later I still have not received my merchandise and since then the company website has shut down and sales representatives no longer answer the phone. I have reached out through email and I haven’t received any response in about 45 days.

I am a clothing brand out of New Jersey. They push tons of adds on Instagram and Facebook for their manufacturing services. Posh Union is 100% a scam. They charged me $600.00 for clothing and merchandise in November of 2020. It is now March and I have received no merchandise , Bot responses, and fake shipping info. We need them to be held accountable. I even double checked with UPS who also stated they never received an item after Posh Union initially claimed they sent things in January after legal threats.
