On 05/06/2019 I won a "free" wig via the merchants instagram page @Hairstyles__byyKeya, in which, the merchant came back and stated in text message that I would need to send her 150.00 via cash app and provide me with her cash app name $Nyjaeinthemix17. The merchant stated on 05/15/19 at approximately 9:22am that she would be shipping my package to me on 05/17/2019 via UPS. I then inquired more about my purchase on 05/29/2019 at approximately 3:25pm in which she stated she had not shipped it out and will be sending it out on 05/30/2019. I followed up with the merchant on 05/30/2019 at 5:33pm in which the merchant explained again that she would ship the package out on 05/31/2019. I again followed up with the merchant on 05/31/2019 at 4:04pm in which she had stated that it was sent out so therefore, I also checked with her to see if she had my correct address in which she did. On June 6, 2019 at 7:30pm I asked the merchant for the tracking number for my merchandise in which the merchant stated she was driving and would send it once she arrives at her destination but never sent the information. On June 7, 2019 at 10:00am I asked if the merchant forgot about me and she explained she got in late and did not want to text late and I replied at 1:34pm with "Ok. Can I have the tracking number please". I did not receive a response at that time therefore at 2:35pm, I asked for my money to be refunded back due to the long wait time in which she replied that she was not refunding my money and she would send the tracking number once she was finished. On June 8, 2019 at 3:12pm I requested the tracking number for my merchandise and received no response from the merchant. On June 10, 2019 at 5:21pm I requested the tracking number again in which the merchant replied that "Girl I just sent your order out!" despite the merchant stating it was sent out on 05/31/2019 at 4:04pm. I asked for the shipment of my package and tracking number further on 06/12/2019 at 12:40am, 06/14/2019 at 2:55pm, 06/17/2019 7:51pm, 06/19/19 at 6:10 pm.
