I was called by a David who was selling the best stock information available, with a 365-day money-back guarantee if ever I wanted my money back. Ok, I paid, did not want it, so I wait several months to ask for my money back, no rush because I was thinking about it as money in the bank. I called a recording and said if I wanted anything to send an email, which I did. I got an answer back that I would have to wait in line because there were lots of people who wanted their money back and to get in the front of the line to contact my bank. I did, unfortunately, my bank can help up to 78 days from purchase, and of course, I had waited past that time. Lesson learned from Bank of America, do not wait more than 78 days to ask for a refund. I keep writing and get no money and no more replies. I wrote to BBB, and they sent the co a letter, no reply so there is nothing more they can do. Tried the district attorney and was told they only handle cases that have been won in court, have written to attorneys but they never reply.
