My husband clicked on an ad on Facebook and it sent him to their website. He ordered a JBL party box speaker. The estimated time of arrival was 2 days. When it didn’t come, they then said it would take 7-10 business days. We asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to us because they said it’s on its way. They gave us a tracking number but it keeps saying it’s in transit. It has been over 2 months and we still haven’t received anything.
