On May 1st 2020 I had ordered a trampoline for $64.85, 2 months went by and I received 2 disposable face masks, I reached back out to them and they said the order had got misplaced in the shipping department and they accidentally sent out the wrong item, then they said they would reship initial item, it is November now and I had sent out numerous emails with no response and had asked for a refund! Still no response and no refund. I've been scammed!

Yes, I can attest the trampoline for $64.85 is a scam... sending 2 packages of masks after multiple emails with the excuse a problem with various departments is a scam... offering partial refund due to them sending unwanted masks, is a scam... demanding I pay to return masks I didn't order & threw away is a scam...
Finally, after 3 months PayPal decided in my favor, but I had to be insistent on the full refund & they had a obligation to screen their sellers... Some scams have been blocked by PayPal, so even if you're using your Visa or Mastercard, pay via PayPal!

Ordered 5drawer dresser. They sent a pair of cheap sunglasses. I contacted them they said they resent dresser the tracking number invalid finally after 10 emails to them the said dresser was lost in Shipping (tracking was never real). They offered me 60,% refund because they lost money. After finding more reviews on them they do this to everyone. Do Not Buy from Scam.

I ordered an accent chair in April and never received it. I was told that with the corona virus epidemic going on that shipping was taking much longer, so I contacted them in July and told them that I never received anything and they kept telling me it was on its way. I finally told them I no longer wanted it since it had been so long and to just give me a refund. They kept telling me to be patient it was almost here. I told them I didn’t want it and they said I had to wait until I received it and then send it back to them and when they got it back then they would issue a refund. I told them again I just wanted a refund! Then he offered me $35 (I paid $50.95) and said I would have it within 10 days. I waited and nothing. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with them because Portbat produced a USPS tracking number that said it was delivered on June 16th. I didn’t received anything on June 16th! Wth? Now I have to file a claim with USPS and then go back and appeal the PayPal decision. Kicker here is I only have 10 days to file an appeal and there’s no way I will get the info I need from USPS within that timeframe. I think they are all in on it! I am soooo
Disappointed in PayPal. There are so many other claims against them why haven’t they already investigated them and shut them down? Never again... lesson learned!

Ordered a couple dressers trying to get a good deal or so I thought anyway never recieved the dressers I ordered emailed the company about it they said that my dressers were lost in the mail I asked for a refund and they asked would I take $100 I told them no I want what I paid! This website is a totally scam.This needs to stopped. I bought a trampoline the send me a mask. This not fair for this company get away with it. They need to prevent this website to still people money. They don’t a good phone ☎️ to reach them. So many of us are complaining for the same issues. Who ever in charger may act quickly so they can stop another human being get robbed.

Hopefully you paid via PayPal... Same thing happened to me including sending masks & offering partial refund... After over 3 months, PayPal decided in my favor & issued full refund... file complaint with Visa or Mastercard, but don't let this scamming get away!

I ordered 2 accent chairs totaling $125.16. I was monitoring the tracking, and was surprised when the order was marked “delivered” on 6/17. On 6/17, I received 5 face masks. I contacted the vendor and was told my order was delivered so I need to go fight it out with the post office. Not acceptable! I contacted PayPal for a refund. PayPal contacted them, they offered $115 instead of the full price. I said NO, because if they are keeping $10 from every customer, thats quite a racket. Once I refused the sellers offer, PayPal told me I need to file charges with my local law enforcement. Really? I’m a bit disappointed with PayPal. . WARNING-DO NOT ORDER FROM PORTBAT! It’s a scam for sure!

I purchased a dresser online and the tracking said it was delivered but I couldn't find it. The Postal service said that the item delivered to me from that company weighed 2 oz which may have been a card. I am now trying to get a refund but they are trying not to give full amount.

I ordered 2 chairs in early May I received a tracking number for my items when I received them it was face mask not chairs! Finally after showing them the weight of the packaged I received was only .24 pounds that literally showed it wasn’t chairs they reshipped! Three weeks later with my new tracking number says it’s been lost in transit still no chairs or refund!
